Responsibilities
- Monitor and optimize warehouse operations during night shift hours
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless workflow continuity
- Utilize WMS software to track inventory, process orders, and resolve discrepancies
- Support safety compliance audits and process improvement initiatives
- Document operational metrics and prepare shift handover reports
- Assist in training night shift staff on new procedures
- Collaborate with day shift teams for operational alignment
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or similar tools
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Flexibility to work 10 PM - 6 AM shifts (4 days/week)
- Basic knowledge of warehouse management systems preferred
