Responsibilities
- Operational Oversight: Assist the night operations team with the execution of daily logistics and workflow management tasks.
- Data Management: Perform high-accuracy data entry and maintain digital records during off-peak hours.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor output quality and identify areas for process improvement within the night shift framework.
- System Monitoring: Track system performance metrics and alert supervisors to any anomalies or critical issues.
- Customer Support: Provide responsive support to internal and external stakeholders via digital communication channels.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a degree program at an accredited college or university (College Credit eligible).
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Soft Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliability: Must demonstrate punctuality, professionalism, and a strong work ethic.
