Responsibilities
- Monitor and log incoming shipments and inventory data with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Assist the night shift team with quality control checks and prepare daily operational reports.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams regarding daily priorities and urgent requests.
- Identify potential operational bottlenecks and suggest practical improvements.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a high school diploma program or pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
- Must be available to work 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM (Night Shift).
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy (MS Office Suite).
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or have valid work authorization (no sponsorship available).
