Responsibilities
- Assist the development team in designing, coding, and testing high-quality software solutions.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to debug code and improve application performance.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code in languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Contribute to the documentation of technical specifications and user manuals.
- Research emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions to team challenges.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming concepts.
- Familiarity with at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C++, JavaScript) and basic web technologies (HTML, CSS).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical team members.
- Eager to learn new technologies and adapt to fast-changing environments.
- Must be available to start in Summer or Fall 2024.
