Location: Indianapolis, IN (Hybrid/Flexible options available)
Responsibilities
- Assist in the design, development, and testing of software applications and web solutions.
- Participate in agile development ceremonies, including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code under the guidance of senior developers.
- Debug and resolve software issues to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Conduct research on emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions to the team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, Product, and Design.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Must be able to work a full-time schedule during the summer months.
- Strong foundation in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, C++).
- Basic understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and SQL.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward learning new technologies.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
