Responsibilities
- Develop and test software applications using modern frameworks (React, Python, Java)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on agile development projects
- Conduct code reviews and optimize application performance
- Document technical processes and create user guides
- Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning sessions
- Research emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions
- Support QA processes including bug tracking and resolution
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Strong knowledge of at least one programming language (Python, Java, JavaScript)
- Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Must be available for 20-40 hours/week through August 2024
- Local San Diego residents preferred (no relocation assistance)
