Responsibilities
- Develop and test software components using Python, Java, and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure)
- Collaborate in agile sprints using Jira and Git for version control
- Debug and optimize applications under senior engineer guidance
- Contribute to CI/CD pipeline automation and DevOps practices
- Participate in design reviews and code walkthroughs
- Document technical specifications and create API documentation
- Present project progress to cross-functional teams
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with Python, Java, or JavaScript (academic projects acceptable)
- Familiarity with Git, Linux, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure preferred)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Available for 20-40 hours/week during summer/fall 2024
