Responsibilities
- Assist the SEO team in conducting keyword research and competitor analysis to improve organic search rankings for local clients.
- Support the recruitment department by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate events for summer hiring.
- Write and edit high-quality, SEO-optimized content for blogs and landing pages to enhance user engagement and traffic.
- Analyze web traffic data using Google Analytics to identify trends, user behavior, and opportunities for optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integrated marketing strategies and recruitment campaigns.
- Maintain and update internal databases and project management tools to ensure accurate reporting.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of basic SEO principles, search engine mechanics, and digital marketing trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail and proofreading.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
