Responsibilities
- Design and implement 2026+ sustainability roadmaps aligned with UN SDGs and net-zero targets
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing circular economy models for product lifecycles
- Integrate AI/ML analytics into sustainability reporting frameworks for predictive impact modeling
- Forge strategic partnerships with cleantech startups and research institutions
- Develop carbon accounting systems compliant with evolving SEC climate disclosure mandates
- Champion ESG initiatives across 15+ global operational sites
- Present sustainability vision to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior sustainability specialists in emerging green technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field with 7+ years experience
- Proven expertise in carbon accounting frameworks (GHG Protocol, SASB, TCFD)
- Proficiency in sustainability software (Sapient, Watershed, Persefoni)
- Strong background in circular economy implementation and lifecycle assessment
- Experience developing ESG strategies for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep knowledge of emerging climate tech (carbon capture, green hydrogen, bio-based materials)
- Certified Sustainability Professional (CSR-P) or equivalent preferred
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience at global sustainability forums
