- Analyze emerging climate policies, carbon pricing mechanisms, and ESG regulatory trends to inform strategic decisions
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing circular economy initiatives reducing waste by 40% by 2026
- Partner with R&D to integrate renewable energy, carbon capture, and sustainable materials into product lifecycles
- Design biodiversity conservation strategies achieving net-positive land impact across operations
- Develop AI-powered sustainability forecasting models predicting future resource scarcity and supply chain risks
- Represent company at global sustainability forums, shaping industry standards and policy advocacy
- Mentor sustainability talent pipeline to build future-ready environmental leadership capabilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, or related field with 8+ years of progressive experience
- Proven track record developing and implementing corporate sustainability strategies with measurable climate impact
- Expertise in carbon accounting, life cycle assessment (LCA), and circular economy frameworks
- Deep understanding of emerging climate technologies: green hydrogen, direct air capture, and advanced recycling
- Experience navigating complex ESG regulatory landscapes (SEC climate rules, EU CSRD, etc.)
- Exceptional data visualization skills using sustainability platforms (SAP EHS, Persefoni, Watershed)
- Certifications in SBTi, LEED AP, or similar sustainability credentials preferred
- Fluency in environmental economics and climate scenario modeling (IEA, IPCC pathways)
