Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ sustainability innovation roadmap aligned with UN SDGs
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping eco-friendly technologies and circular economy solutions
- Forge strategic partnerships with startups, NGOs, and research institutions for green tech integration
- Conduct lifecycle assessments and carbon footprint analyses for new initiatives
- Drive ESG reporting and compliance with emerging 2026 sustainability regulations
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget for sustainable pilot programs
- Mentor junior sustainability specialists in emerging green technologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in sustainability management with 3+ years in innovation leadership
- Proven track record developing circular economy or net-zero solutions
- Expertise in ESG frameworks (GRI, SASB) and 2026 sustainability regulations
- Advanced degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or Sustainability
- Strong experience with carbon accounting tools (e.g., Watershed, Persefoni)
- Strategic partnerships experience with cleantech startups or VCs
- Professional certifications (LEED AP, SAI CompTA, or CEM) preferred
