Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or Sustainable Systems
- 8+ years experience in green infrastructure development with Fortune 500 firms
- LEED AP or WELL AP certification required
- Expertise in BIM/CAD modeling and smart city technologies
- Proven track record of securing $50M+ infrastructure projects
- Published research on climate adaptation or sustainable urbanization
- Strong background in public-private partnership negotiations
- Fluency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and GIS mapping
