Responsibilities
- Collaborate on agile development cycles to build scalable software solutions
- Analyze datasets to generate actionable insights for product optimization
- Create user-centered design prototypes through iterative testing
- Document technical processes and contribute to knowledge repositories
- Participate in cross-functional team stand-ups and sprint reviews
- Support QA processes including unit testing and bug tracking
- Present project outcomes to stakeholders through clear technical communication
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Java, JavaScript)
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Experience with version control (Git) and collaborative tools
- Portfolio demonstrating relevant projects or coursework
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work 20-30 hours/week during academic terms
