Responsibilities
- Technical Support: Assist the IT department with troubleshooting hardware and software issues for team members.
- Project Assistance: Support project managers in conducting research, data entry, and preparing presentation materials.
- Software Development: Collaborate with the dev team on coding tasks, bug fixes, and feature implementation under supervision.
- Documentation: Help maintain technical documentation, run weekly status reports, and organize project files.
- Client Communication: Interact with clients and stakeholders via email and phone to gather requirements and provide updates.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Academic Standing: Must maintain a minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and understanding of web development concepts.
