Responsibilities
- Assist in software development and QA testing for mobile applications
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis for new product initiatives
- Support digital marketing campaigns across social media and email channels
- Create technical documentation and user guides for internal tools
- Participate in cross-functional team meetings and sprint planning sessions
- Develop data visualizations using Python and Tableau
- Shadow senior engineers during weekend deployment cycles
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Available for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 8AM-4PM) during summer/fall terms
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or SQL preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must possess reliable transportation to our Virginia Beach facility
- Authorized to work in the United States
