Responsibilities
- Deploy and maintain weekend server infrastructure across 5 data centers
- Execute scheduled system patches and security updates during off-peak hours
- Document technical procedures using Confluence and JIRA
- Support weekend sprint deployments with DevOps team
- Perform network diagnostics using SolarWinds and Wireshark
- Contribute to automation scripts using Python and Ansible
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation (1 weekend/month)
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Computer Science/IT program with 3.0+ GPA
- Proficient in Linux command line and Windows Server administration
- Basic knowledge of AWS/Azure cloud services
- Available Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 2 PM EST)
- Must secure academic credit approval from your institution
- Valid driver's license for occasional equipment transport
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification preferred
