Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for employees via phone, chat, and remote assistance
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware/software systems
- Document IT procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Assist with network monitoring and system updates during weekend windows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on cybersecurity initiatives
- Participate in IT infrastructure improvement projects
- Maintain asset inventory and documentation accuracy
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Available for weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday) and summer/fall start dates
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS/Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Relevant coursework or internship experience preferred
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification a plus
