Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to clients via phone, chat, and remote desktop
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/macOS systems
- Document IT incidents and resolutions in ServiceNow
- Assist with network infrastructure monitoring and maintenance
- Participate in weekend system updates and patch deployments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special projects
- Conduct user training sessions for new technologies
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in college/university (any major)
- Basic knowledge of operating systems and networking concepts
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
