Responsibilities
- System Maintenance: Assist in the daily monitoring and maintenance of internal software tools and databases during weekend shifts.
- Technical Support: Provide Tier 1 support to internal stakeholders by troubleshooting common technical issues and documenting solutions.
- Data Analysis: Gather and analyze performance metrics to identify trends and areas for optimization in our weekend workflows.
- Content Management: Help update and maintain the company’s knowledge base and internal documentation systems.
- Collaboration: Participate in weekly sync meetings with cross-functional teams to discuss ongoing projects and blockers.
- Quality Assurance: Assist in the testing of new features and bug fixes before they are deployed to production environments.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Schedule: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) for the duration of the internship.
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or Python is a plus.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts simply.
- Adaptability: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during shift hours.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated analytical thinking and a proactive approach to troubleshooting issues.
