We are seeking a motivated and analytical Weekend Technical Recruiter Intern to support our talent acquisition team in Baltimore. In this role, you will gain exposure to high-volume technical hiring while enjoying the flexibility of weekend shifts. You will be responsible for sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and contributing to our pipeline of top-tier tech talent.

Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive market research to identify qualified candidates for software engineering, IT, and data roles.
- Screen incoming resumes and coordinate initial outreach via phone and email.
- Schedule and conduct preliminary phone screens for candidates on weekends.
- Manage and update candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Assist in posting job descriptions on various job boards and social media platforms.
- Collaborate with senior recruiters to develop creative sourcing strategies.
- Participate in weekend campus recruitment events and job fairs.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Demonstrated availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong interest in the technology industry and software development lifecycle.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or Greenhouse is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during shifts.
