Responsibilities
- Optimize job descriptions and career pages for SEO performance
- Research and implement keyword strategies for talent acquisition content
- Source technical candidates via LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche job boards
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) workflows
- Analyze recruitment metrics and SEO campaign performance
- Collaborate with recruiters on talent pipeline development
- Create SEO-optimized blog content for recruitment marketing
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program (Marketing, HR, Computer Science, or related field)
- Basic knowledge of SEO principles and tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush)
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday)
- Strong written communication and research skills
