Apex Talent Solutions is seeking a driven and analytical Technical Recruiting Summer Intern to join our dynamic team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This is a fantastic opportunity for college students to gain real-world experience in the tech industry while earning valuable college credit.
As a Technical Recruiting Intern, you will work closely with our senior recruiting team to identify top talent, support the hiring process, and contribute to our mission of connecting exceptional professionals with innovative companies.
Responsibilities
- Assist recruiters in screening resumes and identifying qualified candidates for open technical positions.
- Conduct market research to identify potential talent pools and industry trends.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media platforms to source candidates.
- Support the coordination of interview schedules, candidate communication, and onboarding materials.
- Attend recruiting events and job fairs to represent Apex Talent Solutions.
- Update candidate databases and prepare recruitment reports for management.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (graduating in Spring/Summer 2024).
- Strong interest in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, or Human Resources.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is required.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Must be eligible to receive college credit for this internship.
