Responsibilities
- Source and identify qualified candidates using LinkedIn, Boolean search, and professional networks.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
- Maintain accurate candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Research industry trends to provide market intelligence to the team.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize job descriptions for SEO.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Eagerness to learn about recruitment strategies and HR processes.
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation for hybrid meetings.
