We are looking for a Technical Recruiter Intern to join our high-growth team in Raleigh, NC. Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Sourcing: Utilize advanced Boolean search strategies and professional networks (LinkedIn, GitHub) to identify passive candidates for hard-to-fill technical roles.
- Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to support current and future hiring needs.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial phone screens and video interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and career goals.
- Candidate Coordination: Manage the interview scheduling process, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring teams.
- Market Research: Assist in analyzing salary data and market trends to provide competitive compensation recommendations.
- Administrative Support: Update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and maintain accurate candidate records.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (sophomore or junior standing preferred).
- Technical Interest: Strong interest in the Technology, Software, or Engineering sectors.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new recruiting software (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Location: Must be able to work on-site in Raleigh, NC (or hybrid).
