Responsibilities
- Assist in Candidate Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn and job boards to identify and screen potential candidates for technical roles.
- SEO Content Management: Help maintain and update the company blog and website to improve search engine rankings.
- Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis to identify industry trends and talent gaps.
- Database Maintenance: Organize and update CRM systems to ensure accurate candidate tracking.
- Weekly Reporting: Compile data and present weekly reports on recruitment metrics and SEO progress.
- Event Support: Assist in organizing and staffing career fairs and networking events.
Qualifications
- Current Enrollment: Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university program.
- Availability: Must be available to work 20-30 hours per week during the summer months.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and social media platforms.
- Ethics: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
- Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
