Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Systems Architecture, or Emerging Technologies
- 10+ years experience designing complex multi-protocol technology ecosystems
- Published research in Nature or Science on future technology scenarios
- Expertise in ISO 42001 AI management systems and IEEE 7000 ethics standards
- Proven track record of building sustainable infrastructure at petabyte scale
- Deep understanding of neuro-technology interfaces and regulatory frameworks
- Experience with interstellar communication protocols (CCSDS standards)
