Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation labs to prototype next-generation solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors with data-driven insights
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers to access cutting-edge innovations
- Anticipate regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Drive cultural transformation to embed future-readiness across organization
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or C-suite tech leadership
- Proven track record developing long-term technology roadmaps with measurable ROI
- Deep expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Executive presence with experience presenting to boards and C-level stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or strategic foresight
- Experience scaling technology operations in hyper-growth environments
