Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent field
- 7+ years in strategic innovation consulting or R&D leadership
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies (IEEE, Harvard Business Review)
- Proficiency in foresight tools (Delphi method, cross-impact matrices)
- Demonstrated experience translating theoretical models to commercial applications
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ implemented 5-year innovation strategies
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, synthetic biology, or climate tech ecosystems
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (APF or equivalent)
