- Develop forward-looking strategic frameworks and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate futuristic solutions
- Author thought leadership content (whitepapers, keynotes) positioning Horizon Dynamics as a 2026 innovation authority
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, government labs, and emerging tech startups
- Quantify market opportunities and risks for emerging technologies using predictive analytics
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic innovation, trend analysis, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercial opportunities
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
