Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic blueprints for 2026+ technology adoption across Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum AI, biotech interfaces, autonomous systems)
- Establish industry-wide standards for ethical AI and sustainable tech deployment
- Deliver keynote presentations at global innovation summits and publish thought leadership in top-tier journals
- Secure multi-million dollar R&D partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and EU Horizon Europe
- Mentor a team of futurist specialists and innovation architects
- Monitor geopolitical tech shifts and regulatory changes impacting 2026 market landscapes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic consulting or corporate innovation with proven 5+ year horizon planning experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent with PhD preferred
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI governance frameworks
- Published author in Harvard Business Review, MIT Technology Review, or equivalent tier
- Successful track record of scaling innovation programs from concept to $100M+ revenue
- Security clearance for classified government projects (TS/SCI or equivalent)
- Proficiency in futures modeling tools (STELLA, AnyLogic) and scenario planning methodologies
- Fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
