Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps by synthesizing global innovation signals from AI, climate tech, and neuro interfaces
- Lead cross-functional sprints to prototype next-gen solutions with our quantum and bioengineering teams
- Partner with C-suite executives to embed foresight into corporate strategy and investment decisions
- Curate trend reports and scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Drive innovation workshops using speculative design and horizon-scanning methodologies
- Establish strategic alliances with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and other future-focused institutions
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership with proven 2020+ trend analysis
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI ethics)
- Published futurist work or patents in forward-looking domains
- MBA or advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- Fluency in foresight frameworks (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful tech-to-market innovations
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex futures into actionable strategies
