Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology foresight frameworks using horizon scanning and trend analysis methodologies
- Architect strategic roadmaps for emerging tech integration (AI, quantum, biotech, sustainable systems)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state scenarios
- Produce actionable reports on disruptive market forces and regulatory shifts
- Build innovation pipelines for next-generation products and services
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and technology adoption maturity
- Mentor teams in futures thinking and strategic foresight practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology planning
- Proven track record developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend impact analysis
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech landscapes (AI, quantum, climate tech)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFIP) or equivalent methodology training
