Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and organizational goals
- Lead cross-functional workshops to forecast disruptive innovations and societal impacts
- Conduct quantitative/qualitative research on emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Establish KPIs for tracking future-readiness and innovation adoption
- Partner with product teams to integrate foresight into development lifecycles
- Author thought leadership publications on future trends
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategy, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning or innovation consulting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTR preferred)
- Experience with AI-driven forecasting tools and data visualization platforms
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-strategy implementations
