Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging domains (quantum computing, neurotech, climate resilience)
- Partner with C-suite executives to embed foresight into corporate innovation pipelines
- Produce trend reports and scenario analyses for Fortune 500 clients and UN agencies
- Design and facilitate immersive future-vision workshops with global stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype next-gen solutions in our Innovation Labs
- Represent the company at Davos, TED, and premier futurist forums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology assessment frameworks
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or top-tier media
- Proficiency in AI-driven forecasting tools and data visualization platforms
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech: AGI, synthetic biology, quantum applications
- Experience advising governments/NGOs on long-term policy development
