Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify and analyze emerging technologies, market disruptions, and societal trends through 2026
- Develop comprehensive innovation roadmaps and scenario-planning frameworks for executive decision-making
- Conduct high-impact research and publish thought leadership on future-facing topics
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align teams on future opportunities and risks
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry pioneers
- Present compelling future-vision narratives to stakeholders and investors
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate a culture of strategic foresight across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused business strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) and their societal implications
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Strong presentation skills with experience influencing executive audiences
