Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate tech) to map 2026+ industry trajectories
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for product development and market expansion
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Produce annual 'Horizon Scan' reports with quantifiable impact assessments
- Advise leadership on emerging regulatory and ethical implications of breakthrough technologies
- Curate thought leadership content and speak at global innovation forums
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurism
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial outcomes
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Expertise in trend analysis frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi method)
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
