- Lead cross-disciplinary workshops to co-create future-proof business models
- Present visionary frameworks to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype solutions for 2026 market readiness
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term strategic impact and adaptation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Proven track record of scaling futuristic initiatives from concept to execution
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-strategy implementations
