Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with 5-10 year market impact
- Develop patentable frameworks for ethical AI governance and human augmentation
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Partner with MIT and Stanford on future-of-work research initiatives
- Mentor next-gen innovators through our FutureLeaders program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation with Fortune 500 or unicorn-scale companies
- Proven track record in launching disruptive products with $100M+ revenue impact
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or Nature journals
- PhD or MBA from top-tier institution with focus on futurism or systems thinking
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
