Responsibilities
- Forecast disruptive technologies and market trends through data-driven scenario modeling
- Design strategic blueprints for 2026 business transformation initiatives
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives on future-proofing operations
- Produce horizon-scanning reports with actionable recommendations for global stakeholders
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford research labs on emerging technology validation
- Develop proprietary forecasting algorithms using proprietary AI frameworks
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at World Economic Forum and Davos summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology research
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies (Harvard Business Review/MIT Sloan)
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., SAM, Causal Layered Analysis)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 CTOs on 5-10 year technology roadmaps
- Track record of implementing future-focused initiatives with measurable ROI
