Responsibilities

- Develop strategic roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives on future disruption vectors
- Produce horizon scanning reports on metaverse, AGI, and climate resilience technologies
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate foresight into actionable product roadmaps
- Build thought leadership through whitepapers and keynote presentations
- Maintain a global network of futurists and domain experts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling capabilities
- Published work on future-of-work or digital transformation trends
- Experience with Delphi methods and cross-industry trend analysis
