- Secure partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite stakeholders and investors
- Drive prototyping of next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Mentor talent in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with proven future-shaping projects
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains (quantum computing, neurotech, etc.)
- Track record of scaling breakthrough technologies from concept to market
- Advanced degree in relevant field or equivalent innovation portfolio
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning abilities
- Experience leading global remote innovation teams
- Published thought leadership in future technologies
- Proficiency in foresight frameworks (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
