Responsibilities

- Identify and evaluate emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AGI, biotech fusion)
- Secure strategic partnerships with research institutions and industry pioneers
- Present visionary frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive R&D initiatives with $2M+ annual innovation budget
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in strategic leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, neurotech)
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research or patents in futuristic technologies
- Experience with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management
