Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to forecast industry disruption scenarios
- Design strategic frameworks for ethical AI implementation and sustainable tech adoption
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-forward solutions
- Develop KPIs for measuring innovation ROI and technology maturity
- Present findings to stakeholders via compelling visualizations and scenario modeling

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning or innovation consulting

- Proven experience with scenario planning and foresight methodologies
- Certification in Agile/Scrum and technology roadmapping
