- Monitor emerging ethical challenges in AI ecosystems
- Collaborate with legal teams on compliance strategies
- Produce transparency reports for AI decision-making systems
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, or related field
- 3+ years in AI governance or ethics compliance
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act and NIST AI frameworks
- Experience with bias detection tools (e.g., IBM AI Fairness 360)
- Strong technical writing and stakeholder communication skills
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design)
- Published research on AI societal impact preferred
