Responsibilities

- Lead stakeholder engagements across industry, academia, and government to establish ethical standards
- Monitor global AI policy developments and advise on compliance strategies

- Establish transparent documentation protocols for AI decision-making processes
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI governance, responsible tech, or ethics compliance
- Deep expertise in bias mitigation and fairness metrics for machine learning
- Experience with AI regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Proven ability to translate complex ethical concepts into technical requirements
- Strong background in participatory design methodologies with diverse stakeholders
- Publishing record in AI ethics or adjacent fields
