Responsibilities

- Lead stakeholder workshops with C-suite executives, engineers, and policymakers on responsible AI adoption
- Author white papers and industry standards for emerging AI technologies
- Monitor global regulatory developments and translate requirements into technical compliance protocols
- Mentor junior researchers in ethical AI methodologies and responsible innovation practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years of AI governance experience
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques for machine learning systems and large language models
- Published research on AI ethics, algorithmic fairness, or explainable AI
- Deep understanding of quantum computing principles and their ethical implications
- Experience working with regulatory bodies (NIST, EU AI Act, etc.)
- Strong programming skills in Python with experience in ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
