Responsibilities
- Lead research initiatives in quantum neural networks and generative adversarial systems
- Develop novel algorithms for autonomous decision-making in dynamic environments
- Collaborate with neuroscientists to create brain-inspired AI architectures
- Publish 3+ peer-reviewed papers annually in top-tier AI/quantum journals
- Mentor junior researchers and present findings at industry conferences
- Secure federal and corporate research grants for emerging AI frontiers
- Contribute to open-source frameworks for quantum machine learning
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field with 3+ years AI research
- Expertise in quantum computing algorithms and quantum machine learning
- Published work in NeurIPS, ICML, or Nature Quantum Information
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and quantum programming languages
- Deep understanding of quantum annealing and superconducting qubits
- Experience with large-scale distributed computing frameworks
- Strong track record of translating research into commercial applications
- Passion for ethical AI development and responsible innovation
