Responsibilities
- Develop and articulate a comprehensive 2026 Strategic Vision aligned with company goals and market opportunities.
- Conduct deep-dive research on emerging technologies and industry disruptions to forecast future needs.
- Lead the strategic planning process, ensuring resource allocation supports long-term innovation.
- Identify and assess potential acquisition targets or partnerships to accelerate growth.
- Present complex strategic data to the Board of Directors and executive leadership team.
- Drive organizational change management initiatives to support new strategic directions.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in executive strategy, consulting, or a senior leadership role within the tech industry.
- Proven track record of defining and executing multi-year strategic roadmaps with measurable outcomes.
- Advanced degree (MBA or MSc) in Business Administration, Economics, or Technology Management preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large datasets into actionable business intelligence.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Experience navigating ambiguity and leading organizations through periods of significant change.
