Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Strategic Talent Roadmap, aligning workforce planning with business objectives.
- Lead the integration of Generative AI and Automation into our recruitment and HR workflows to enhance efficiency.
- Identify emerging tech trends and skill gaps, advising leadership on necessary upskilling and reskilling initiatives.
- Oversee the design of a scalable, flexible organizational structure capable of adapting to 2026 market demands.
- Build and mentor a high-performing team of strategic planners and talent analysts.
- Conduct deep-dive market analysis to benchmark our growth trajectory against industry leaders.
- Drive initiatives focused on DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) within the context of future workplace models.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 10+ years of experience in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition, with at least 5 years in a senior strategic leadership role.
- Tech Savvy: Deep understanding of AI, machine learning, and automation trends relevant to the future of work.
- Planning: Proven ability to create and execute long-term roadmaps with a focus on 2026 and beyond.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex future trends into actionable business strategies for stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast workforce needs based on market data.
- Certifications: SHRM-SCP or equivalent strategic HR certification is a plus.
