Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Design and define the long-term technical vision and infrastructure strategy for the "2026 Initiative".
- Emerging Tech Integration: Evaluate and prototype cutting-edge technologies (AI, Quantum, AR/VR) to prepare our stack for future readiness.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Guide a cross-functional team of engineers and designers in implementing complex architectural solutions.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and secure buy-in for visionary projects.
- Performance Optimization: Ensure our systems are scalable, secure, and future-proof against evolving threats.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, with a strong preference for experience in AI, Cloud Computing, or High-Performance Computing.
- Visionary Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate technological trends and translate them into actionable architectural strategies.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of microservices, containerization (Docker/K8s), and distributed systems.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating a compelling technical vision.
